And in 2021 Tristan, along side friend Jefa Greenaway, was announced Creative Director/s of the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale, Australia Pavilion, for the project ‘Inbetween’ a project that explored cultural connections developing between architects (both Indigenous or non-Indigenous) and Indigenous and First Nations communities across both Australia and the Pacific region.
