Tristan and his team have extensive experience in residential work from single homes, to townhouses, and boutique multiresidential projects, through to large scale residential precincts, build-to-rent, and social housing.

The projects presented here were designed and completed whilst at SJB where Tristan was Director and design lead for 7 years. These are but a handful of the projects he has designed and led.

These projects explore opportunities to create more meaningful connections with neighbours and establish a true sense of community.

Sustainably designed, and thoughtfully connected to the contexts in which they reside, these projects also demonstrate our capacity to design spaces that provide residents with the highest levels of amenity, sense of pride and belonging, and aesthetic and architectural quality. They also demonstrate that such projects can be done both sustainably, and cost effectively.
